One number. That is all you need to order.
The shade numbers are the international standard of the industry, so if you already wear extensions you know exactly what you are ordering. If you do not, send us a photo and we tell you your number. Colour matching is our specialty and we would rather settle it before you pay.
Nine shades, the same for every method
Natural shades carry the base price. Light and blonde shades carry a small surcharge, because lifting hair to those tones takes more work. The surcharge is shown on every product page.
Screens shift colour. The swatches above are a reference, not a promise: the photo you send us in natural light is what we match against.
Send us a photo and we will tell you your number
Four things make the difference between a photo we can match and one we cannot.
- Take the photo in natural light, near a window or outdoors.
- No filters and no flash: they shift the colour more than you would think.
- Include your roots and your ends in the same shot.
- If you have highlights or balayage, photograph the lightest section too.
Four lengths, from 10" to 22"
Reference measurements are approximate and depend on your height and on where the extension is applied.
Jaw length. For volume more than length.
Shoulder length.
Below the shoulder blades.
Mid back.
Polywax comes in all four lengths. Shaftees, tape and clip-in sets come in 14", 18" and 22". Toppers are made in 12".
How to make them last
The extensions are real hair. They ask for the same care as yours, plus one rule: nothing on the bonds.
- Always brush from the ends upwards, holding the root with your other hand.
- Use sulphate-free and alcohol-free shampoo and conditioner.
- Keep conditioner and oils away from the bonds: that is what loosens extensions fastest.
- Dry the bond area thoroughly before bed, and never sleep on wet hair.
- Sleep with your hair in a loose braid.
- Use heat protectant before straightening or curling.
- Always rinse after swimming in a pool or in the sea.

Ask a questionHow do I know my shade?
How many strands do I need?
Is it really human hair?
Which method suits me?
