Shaftees is our individual strand extension: it goes in one strand at a time, which lets you build length and density gradually, with no hard line between your own hair and the extension.
As with any strand by strand application, the result depends on how many strands go in and where they are placed. That is why it is sold per unit: you decide the volume, and we help you work it out.

Care and maintenance
- Always brush from the ends upwards, holding the root with your other hand.
- Use sulphate-free and alcohol-free shampoo and conditioner.
- Keep conditioner and oils away from the bonds: that is what loosens extensions fastest.
- Dry the bond area thoroughly before bed, and never sleep on wet hair.
- Use heat protectant before straightening or curling.
Shipping and returns
Every order is prepared by hand and checked shade by shade before it is packed. That is why we take a moment longer than a shop that ships sealed boxes: we want to be certain that what leaves is exactly what you ordered.
Hair is a personal hygiene product, so once it has been applied or handled it cannot be resold. Our returns policy has specific conditions, and it is worth reading before you buy.
